On the 15 November at 19:47, four fire engines from Blackburn, Hyndburn and Darwen attended a fire in a commercial property on Haslingden Road, Blackburn. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera, positive pressure ventilation and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews remained at the scene for one hour and thirty minutes.
