Where Does This Apply?

The Fire Safety Order applies to:

All workplaces and commercial buildings.
Non-domestic parts of multi-occupied residential buildings – this includes those areas clarified by the Fire Safety Act.

This includes:

Balconies.
Structures.
External walls.
Flat front door.

SM重口 has a statutory responsibility to enforce the RR(FS)O 2005 with the objective of eliminating or reducing the risk of fire as far as reasonably practicable.
