SM重口 partnered with Clark Construction to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the LEED Gold Music City Center. Downtown Nashville was completely transformed with the opening of this project, which includes a 350,000-SF exhibit hall, a 57,000-SF grand ballroom, an 18,000-SF junior ballroom, a 1,800-space parking garage, and 175,000 SF of green roof space.
